On April 2, 2023 at 1:00pm, the Knights of Columbus St. Agatha Council 11311 will hold a service in honor of St. Joseph, the Patron Saint of the Universal Church. This service, heavily influenced by Pope Francis, is movingly spiritual, with readings of scripture; prayers; Catechises (teachings) on St. Joseph from Pope St. John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI, and our Pope Francis; the Joyful Mysteries of the Rosary of our Blessed Virgin Mary (assisted by The Daughters of Isabella); and the Litany of St. Joseph.
The service lasts 45-55 minutes, and there will be light refreshments in the Parish Hall directly following.
As it is Lenten custom to cover all pictures and statues during Holy Week, Sunday will be the only time the St. Joseph Icon will be available for viewing, both during the Church service, then afterwards in the Parish Hall.
All are welcome to celebrate St. Joseph – the Silent, Obedient Saint, our earthly Father of Fathers.
