Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts – St. Agatha Parish has a strong Scout program. Cub Scout Pack 298 is a year-round family program designed for boys who are 6 to 10 years old. Parents and leaders work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting. Cub Scouts participate in many fun-filled activities such as camping, hiking, field trips, Pinewood Derby, picnics, service projects, and sporting events. The Cub Scout Pack meets once a month and boys meet twice a month in smaller dens. Boy Scout Troop 298 is a year-round program for boys around ages 11-18. Through the Boy Scout program, young men can achieve the core objectives of strengthening character, personal fitness, and good citizenship. The Boy Scout Troop meets weekly, and once a month plans a camping or high adventure activity. New members are always welcome. Call David Schirtzinger (Boy Scouts) at 614-563-4880
